Find an opportunity on our website and complete an application. No resume? No problem, many of our opportunities don’t require one to complete an application. The current application process takes 5-8 minutes.
Phone Screen
We strive to review every application, if you meet our qualifications for a currently open role, expect to hear from us within seven days. You’ll get a phone call from a member of our team discussing your experience and if you’re a good fit for the role.
Meet Us
We provide a tour of the community, an overview of the job and a chance to get to know our principles at Sunrise. You’ll also have an opportunity to meet with team members one on one to learn more and participate in job shadowing to understand more about your potential position. It’s important to us that you also have a chance to ask any questions you may have and meet the Executive Director of the community. Be sure to dress business casual (even if it’s a video interview).

After completing the interview process you can expect to hear back from us regarding the next steps. We’ll start with a verbal offer and request some additional information to make it official!
